(WXYZ) - Zaida Belcarz took pictures to her local Walgreens to get developed just like she always does. She wrote a check and had to use the electronic box.
She didn't think anything of it and went on her way.
However, she continued to get charged the same bill over and over again. She was speaking to the people at Walgreens to try and get things fixed, but for whatever reason it wasn't working.
It was after she received a letter from a collection agency that she decided to contact our Call For Action team.
Our team helped Zaida by contacting Walgreens and making sure she didn't receive anymore bills.
