Michigan has the most lighthouses in the United States, and if you've ever wanted to own one, now is your chance.

Right now, GSA Auctions, part of the U.S. government, has five Michigan lighthouses up for sale. Four of the five are up north, with the fifth near Monroe.

The Minneapolis Shoal Light is in Escanaba on Lake Michigan. The current bid, as of July 27, is $15,000 and there was only one bidder.

GSA describes it as an "octagonal steel plated reinforced concrete lighthouse upon a square concrete base supported by a concrete crib."

In Cheboygan, there are two lighthouses up for sale.

The Poe Reef Lighthouse is located on Lake Huron between Bois Blanc Island and the mainland of the lower peninsula. The starting bid is $10,000 and it includes a 71-foot tall white square tower with white and black bands on a concrete crib.

There is also the Fourteen Foot Shoal Light located on Lake Huron near Cheboygan. That starting bid is $15,000.

The Lansing Shoal Light was constructed in 1928 and is located 11 miles north of Beaver Island along the western straits of Mackinac in Lake Michigan.

It stands 69-feet tall and contains four floors, but asbestos and lead paint is present.

Finally, the Detroit River Light is for sale near Monroe and is two miles east of Pointe Mouillee State Game area on Lake Erie. It has a 55-foot-tall white conical tower with black topping.
