DETROIT (WXYZ) - Miguel Cabrera's new frame was the talk of the baseball world Friday.
By dinner time Friday, proof of "the new Miguel Cabrera" surfaced online.
Radhi Muhammad, trainer at 4.40 Fitness in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, posted photos of the Tigers slugger on his Lockerz photo page.
The pictures showed Cabrera flexing his muscles with former Tigers outfielder Magglio Ordonez and current Tigers catcher Alex Avila.
Another photo showed the third baseman taking batting practice.
Earlier Friday, Avila told ESPN's Karl Ravech his teammate had lost 20-25 pounds this offseason.
Cabrera switched to third base when the Tigers signed free agent first baseman Prince Fielder this winter.
He batted .344 with 30 home runs and 105 runs batted in during the 2011 season.
