ANN ARBOR, Mich. (AP) - Michigan will host a Big Ten football game under the lights for the first time.
The Wolverines and Penn State announced Monday that the two teams will play at 7 p.m. on Oct. 11. Michigan has played two night football games at the Big House, in 2011 and last season -- both against Notre Dame.
The Wolverines and Fighting Irish will meet in their last scheduled game on Sept. 6 at Notre Dame Stadium. Notre Dame opted out of its contract with Michigan, canceling games from 2015 through 2017.
