Lions sign DT C.J. Mosley to a 2-year deal

The Lions signed defensive tackle C.J. Mosley two days after he was released by the Jacksonville Jaguars.

With the addition, the Lions add some depth to their defensive line.Mosley is an eight-year veteran who has spent the last three seasons with the Jaguars. Last season he played in a career-high 13 games, recorded 45 tackles, 2.5 sacks, 3 fumble recoveries and one forced fumble.

Mosley played one season with the Cleveland Browns and Matthew Stafford should be familiar with him. Mosley dislocated Stafford's shoulder during his time with the Browns.
