ALLEN PARK, Mich. - The Detroit Lions began offseason workouts Monday, and got the last of their own free agents to agree to deals in order to hit the field.
Offensive tackle Jason Fox signed his one-year, $1.323 million tender to keep him in Detroit. He will compete for a starting spot this summer.
Defensive end Willie Young signed a one-year deal, electing not to sign his $2 million restricted free agent tender.
He will also compete for a starting spot vacated by Cliff Avril and Kyle Vanden Bosch.
Running backs Joique Bell and Shaun Chapas, wide receivers Kris Durham and Brian Robiskie, and defensive back Ricardo Silva all signed one-year deals.
