High school football finals set after busy Saturday of semifinals

(WXYZ) - The road to Ford Field is complete. A busy Saturday of high school football semifinals is over, as the slate of state championship games is set.

DIVISION 1
In Division 1, it's a familiar scene. Catholic Central and Cass Tech will meet in a rematch of the 2011 championship game. The Shamrocks dominated Rockford, 35-6 and the Technicians beat Lake Orion, 34-27.

DIVISION 2
Brother Rice continued its dominant ways, rolling through
Wyandotte
Roosevelt, 31-3. The Warriors will undoubtedly face their toughest test in the finals against Muskegon, who topped Caledonia, 34-21.

DIVISION 3
Grand Rapids Christian and Orchard Lake St. Mary's will square off, as the Eaglets will look to repeat as champions.
OLSM
beat Battle Creek Eagle Creek Saturday, 28-7.

DIVISION 4
Detroit Country Day will face Grand Rapids South Christian in the finals.
DCD
shut out Saginaw Swan Valley 38-0. 

DIVISION 5
Grand Rapids West Catholic will play Portland after holding off Menominee, 20-17.

DIVISION 6
Undefeated Ithaca will face Constantine, who beat Monroe St. Mary Catholic Central, 36-14.

DIVISION 7
The storybook season continues all the way to Ford Field for Detroit Loyola. The undefeated Catholic Leaguers will get a 12-1
Ishpeming
after romping Flint Beecher, 54-6.

DIVISION 8
Harbor Beach will look to hand Beal City its first loss. Beal City beat St. 
Ignace
La Salle, 25-7 in their semifinal bout.
