ANN ARBOR, Mich. (AP) — Michigan and Cincinnati have agreed to play each other for football and basketball over the next decade.
Michigan said Wednesday that the Wolverines and Bearcats will play a football game at the Big House in 2017. The two men's basketball programs will play during the 2015-16 and 2018-19 seasons on dates and in arenas to be determined later.
Michigan athletic director Dave Brandon says the Wolverines recruit the Cincinnati area heavily in all sports.
The Wolverines and Bearcats have not faced each other in football and have played four basketball games.
