DETROIT (WXYZ) - According to reports, free agent Rodney Stuckey will sign a one year deal with the Indiana Pacers. USA Today broke the news.

The Pacers tried bringing back guard Lance Stephenson earlier in the day and were unsuccessful. Stephenson signed a three-year deal with the Charlotte Hornets.
Reports came out of Indiana earlier in the day stating that there was "serious interest" in Stuckey.

The Pistons drafted Stuckey 15th overall in 2007. In his first two years the team made the playoffs and have struggled to get back since. Stuckey averaged 13.4 points and 3.9 assists per game in his first seven years with Detroit.
