Get ready for the greatest basketball show on earth, as the Harlem Globetrotters take their world tour to Detroit to celebrate their 90th anniversary. WATCH THE VIDEO CLIP FOR ERIN NICOLE'S INTERVIEW ON 7 ACTION NEWS AT NOON.

The team will take the court at 2pm January 2nd at  The Palace of Auburn Hills."  It's all part of the Globetrotters' 90th anniversary celebration.

Tickets are available at Palacenet.com , The Palace Ticket Store and all Ticketmaster locations.

$45 VIP, $30 reserved and $20 general admission and four-packs at $135 VIP, $90 reserved and $55 general admission.

The Globetrotters are know around the nation as the " Ambassadors of Goodwill."  The team says "The Great Assist Program" is helping players give to people in need.  Stars of the team will leave a mark in communities across North America with acts of goodwill during the tour that is set to play over 330 games in 260 cities.

The Globetrotters are committed to fighting bullying.  So the team is planning to bring their bullying prevention program to over 400 schools and community centers, talk to youth about character education and physical fitness, visit children's hospitals and lend a hand to those in need.

The Globetrotters say the  90-year celebration will feature some of the greatest athletes and entertainers on the planet.
