Elizabeth Washington is a Digital Producer at Channel 7. She joined the team
in November 2021 after working as a lifestyle producer in Roanoke, Virginia.
Elizabeth grew up in Dearborn and graduated from Wayne State University. She has a love for media and all types of it. Before coming to WXYZ-TV Elizabeth worked at Dearborn Music, volunteered at multiple radio stations and interned at WDIV Local 4.
She is a member of Detroit's Junior League and is a board member of the Dearborn Cable Communications Fund. Community is a big part of her life, and Elizabeth says she can't wait to help tell the stories of metro Detroiters.
When Elizabeth is not working, she likes to try out new coffee shops and check out local bands.
