West Bloomfield actor comes home to star in "Rent" at Fisher Theatre

The hit Broadway musical "Rent" is celebrating it's 20th Anniversary with a tour that's now in Detroit. The show runs through March 26th at the Fisher Theatre.  It stars Danny Kornfeld, originally from West Bloomfield, in the roll of Mark.

"Rent" debuted In 1996, as an original rock musical by a little-known composer, Jonathan Larson. Two Decades later the show continues to mesmerize audiences across generations and all over the world

Performance times for of RENT 20th Anniversary Tour  at The Fisher Theatre, located at 3011 West Grand Blvd., in Detroit are:

Tuesday through Saturday evening performances at 8:00 p.m.

Sunday evening performance at 7:30 p.m. 

Saturday & Sunday matinee at 2:00 p.m.

Special open caption performance on Thursday, March 23 at 8:00 p.m.
