Carhartt is hiring: Analytics Manager, Systems Engineer and more

Headquartered in Dearborn, Michigan, with more than 5,000 associates worldwide, Carhartt is family-owned and managed by the descendants of the company's founder, Hamilton Carhartt. The company is currently in need of a Digital Analytics Manager, Systems Engineer and a Merchandise Planner. Qualifications are listed below.

 

Digital Analytics Manager

· Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics, Mathematics or Analytics

· 6+ years’ experience in, and solid knowledge of, digital marketing and/or eCommerce analytics

· Sophisticated understanding of consumer marketing and big data in the context of online marketing, transactional eCommerce websites, social media, and mobile apps required

· Strong understanding and experience with online and offline data; champion and excite teams on data-driven solutions

 

Systems Engineer:

· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent work experience in lieu of a degree

· A minimum of 7 years of system analysis, support of business applications, technical troubleshooting, server administration, and system implementation.

· Experience with installing, configuring, maintaining and troubleshooting Microsoft Servers including but not limited to Windows Servers, Exchange, SQL Server, and Lync / Skype for Business.

· Experience with installing, configuring, maintaining and troubleshooting virtual environments (VMWare / Hyper-V).

 

Merchandise Planner:

· Bachelor’s degree in a related field and/or equivalent years of experience required.

· Minimum of 3+ years of experience in a planning or forecasting field required.

· Excellent written and oral communication skills with the proven ability to communicate with all levels including management and retail partners

· Strong computer skills (MS Office Suite and Planning tools); Advanced Excel skills required.

· SAP Experience Preferred

· Retail or Wholesale Planning Solution experience preferred
