TAYLOR, Mich. (WXYZ) — Taylor police say one person has died after a fire at a mobile home park overnight. It happened at the Wellington estates near Beech Daly and Pennsylvania around 1 a.m.
Police officers were the first to arrive on scene and evacuated nearby homes in case the fire spread, and then firefighters arrived shortly after to put out the fire.
Right now, there hasn't been much information about what caused the fire or the person who was found dead inside. We expect to get more information throughout the morning.
