13-year-old sisters found safe after leaving Detroit home

DETROIT (WXYZ) — UPDATE: Keara and Raykeianna Reeder have been recovered and are home safe with family, according to DPD.

Have you seen missing 13-year-old sisters Keara and Raykeianna Reeder?

Police say Keara and Raykeianna Reeder were last seen Wednesday, August 12 around 2 p.m. at their home located in the 15000 block of Manning.

It is believed that the both ran away after being punished, according to DPD.

Keara Reeder is described as 5-feet 2-inches, 120 pounds, light complexion, brown curly hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a gray shirt and lime green and black basketball shorts.

Raykeianna Reeder is described as 5-feet 4-inches 130 pounds, medium complexion, black curly hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a dark blue shirt and gray shorts.

Keara and Raykeianna Reeder are both in good physical/mental condition, police say.
