DETROIT (WXYZ) — A Detroit police scout car has been involved in an accident on the city's east side.
The three-car accident happened at 7 Mile and Hoover.
Two officers were injured in the crash. They have been taken to the hospital in stable condition.
The officers were responding to a call when they were hit by an SUV. They then hit another car and a fire hydrant, flipping over after that impact.
A 7 Action News crew is on the scene gathering more information.
