DETROIT (WXYZ) — The westbound exit ramp from westbound I-94 to I-75 is back open following a police chase and crash in Detroit early Wednesday morning.
Wayne State Police tell 7 Action News they have two people in custody.
Officers were chasing a vehicle when it crashed through a fence, landing on the ramp.
7 Action News has been told two people in the vehicle attempted to run but were caught by police.
