DETROIT (WXYZ) — Police arrest suspect in connection to gas station double shooting that killed a 33-year-old man and injured a 41-year-old woman.

The two victims were meeting with the suspect in the 19000 block of 7 Mile Road on Dec. 23 to purchase skates.
The suspect allegedly pulled out a gun during the transaction and shot both of the victims before fleeing. The 33-year-old man died on the scene. The woman was taken to a local hospital and her condition is still currently unknown, police said.
Police arrested a 21-year-old man after locating him in the area of 8 Mile Road and Woodward.
