3 shot outside of Pontiac club after suspect threatened to 'shoot the club up' when asked to leave

PONTIAC, Mich. (WXYZ) — Three people were shot outside of a night club in Pontiac early Sunday morning.

According to The Oakland County Sheriff's Office, it happened outside of the Vogue Nightclub on Saginaw St. in downtown Pontiac just before 1 a.m.

Investigators say a man was asked to leave the club after getting into a fight with another person.

The Oakland County Sheriff's Office were already on their way to he club when the suspect returned and started firing a weapon outside. He then took off, and a security guard also reported witnesses two men with guns in their possession. It's not known if they are connected to the shooting incident.

Deputies say one was taken to the hospital through EMS and two more took themselves to the hospital. A 19-year-old Sterling Heights man is in critical condition, a 21-year-old Saginaw man was shot in the left thigh and a 19-year-old Detroit man was shot in the left calf.

The suspects fled in a silver or matte gray Chrysler 300, police say.
