AAA Michigan reports that gas prices are the lowest they've been in seven months.
The average price statewide is $2.72, 39 cents less than this year's high and the same as this time last year.
The most expensive gas price averages were found in Marquette, Ann Arbor and metro Detroit at $2.89, $2.81 and $2.76, respectively.
Detroit gas prices have declined the last consecutive days for a total of 8 cents.
