It is time for this week’s Around Town, and we've got plenty of fall events.

"It’s a favorite season in Michigan all around," said Cindy Kern, the Director of Maybury Farm in Northville.

This non-profit educational organization hosts a corn maze every year, and this year's theme is Farmers Feed Families. It opens on Friday.

“The biggest fundraiser that we do for the farm is the Fall season.”

They raised about $80,000 last year. Hopefully they can top that this year with a 10-acre maze.

There will be games to play and clues to help inside the maze. There is also a one-acre maze for little ones.

“If you love fall and want to get going on it and make it last as long as possible, this is the weekend to come out.”

The corn maze opens Friday starting at 5pm.

“You don’t have to worry about it being cold and you don’t have to worry about the crowds, so come on out this first weekend.”

Maybury Farm is located at:
50165 8 Mile Road
Northville, MI 48167
