MACOMB COUNTY (WXYZ) — A 30-year-old Belleville man died Saturday evening when his Jet Ski collided with a boat on Lake St. Clair near Big Muscamoot Bay.
The crash happened around 7 p.m.
Following the crash, the boat operator fled the scene but was later located by Macomb County Sheriff's deputies near Metro Beach. The boat operator had no injuries. The Jet Ski driver was transported to River District Hospital where he was pronounced dead.
The circumstances surrounding the crash are being investigated.
