Multi-sensory dinner party in Hazel Park celebrates Black History Month

HAZEL PARK, Mich. (WXYZ) — Chefs Max Hardy and Taz will present a dinner that celebrates Black History Month.

The multi-course, multi-sensory dinner party will take place on Feb. 25 at Frame in Hazel Park.

Food will include braised short rib with Peruvian potato puree and fried parsnip, roasted root vegetables with candied pecans and low county egg pie with chocolate mousse.

Seatings are at 5:30 and 8:30 p.m. The cost to attend is $70.

Detroit visual artsit Gerald Collins will create live speed painting visual performances during both seatings.
