Trevor Sullivan likes to play outside, go swimming and wrestle his younger siblings, but those are three things he hasn't been able to do for a while.

In 2015, the 15-year-old found out he was having heart failure.

Doctors put him on the list to receive a heart transplant and 9 months later, they found a match. Trevor underwent a successful surgery and his mom, Kimberly Sullivan, captured the moment he woke up.

That video has since gone viral with more than 1.5 million views.

"I thought it was pretty cool that we actually filmed it. It wasn't planned or anything. I wasn't really aware of anything at the time besides how good I felt," says Trevor.

And you can hear him explain how good he felt in the video. He says he feels amazing and that he can breathe again.

Trevor hopes people view his video and decide to become organ donors to potentially save someone's life.

"If you think about it, you're not going to be doing anything with your organs after, so why not give them to someone else so they can live," adds Trevor.
