During her Monday visit to Detroit, Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton met with businessman Dan Gilbert, reports say.
It's unclear what the two talked about, but Clinton's camp tells Cleveland.com that she met with the Quicken Loans founder while she was in Detroit for a speech at Gilbert's alma mater, Wayne State University.
Last month, a Republican fundraiser attended by Donald Trump took place in Chrysler House, a downtown Detroit building owned by Gilbert's company.
Gilbert also owns the Cleveland Cavaliers basketball team. Cleveland.com cited a source close to Gilbert as saying that the businessman has made a practice of meeting with presidential candidates when they are in town.
