Caregiver, police looking for woman with mental health conditions who left from Detroit hospital

DETROIT (WXYZ) — Detroit police are looking for a woman with bipolar and schizophrenia condition who left from a local hospital without her caregiver Tuesday.

According to a release, Andrea Lenore Bell, 49, was last seen between 1:30 and 2 p.m. at Sinai Grace Hospital in the area of West Outer Drive and Schaefer. Bell's caregiver, Celina says the woman left the area while others were being treated at the hospital. Bell was not being treated at the hospital at the time and has not been seen since she left.

The woman's caregiver says she's gone missing before, and is concerned for her safety.

Bell is described as a black woman with medium-brown complexion. She has black hair, brown eyes and no noticeable marks or tattoos. Bell was last seen possibly wearing light colored scrubs, a blue pull over and a black bubble jacket.
