Cash, stolen guns from West Virginia, cocaine & heroin seized after MSP raids in Detroit

DETROIT (WXYZ) — Michigan State Police say three raids that took place on Wednesday recovered nearly two dozen guns and hundreds of grams of drugs.

According to MSP, the department's narcotics team for Macomb County executed three search warrants in the city of Detroit.

In those raids, they seized more than $9,000, 478 grams of suspected heroin, 343 grams of suspected cocaine and one car.

On top of that, they took 23 firearms off the street, and it was found 15 of those guns were stolen. 13 of the stolen firearms were taken from a burglary at a gun shop in West Virginia in 2018.
