Charles Bothuell was in court today for his pre-trial hearing, but it was abruptly canceled.
Bothuell is facing child abuse charges after his 12-year-old son went missing from their home and was later found last year.
His motion hearing is scheduled for Friday, January 8. The trial date is scheduled for February 17, 2016.
