Former Detroit City Council President Charles Pugh was arraigned today via video on six counts of criminal sexual conduct.
Pugh was recently arrested in New York City for allegedly sexually assaulting a teenage boy in 2003. He was extradited back to Detroit last week.
The judge has set bond for Pugh at $500,000. His probable cause hearing is scheduled for July 19 at 8:30 a.m.
