Chipotle is hoping to hire 5,000 new employees on Sept. 28 for what they're calling National Career Day.
The company is holding open interviews, which anyone can sign up for on their website, at different locations across the country.
Anyone who wants to apply can choose a location, then choose an available time slot to interview and then come in! All you have to do is give your name, cell phone and email.
No experience is needed to apply for the job, and the company uses what they call 13 characteristics of success. Those include: Motivated, infectiously enthusiastic, respectful, curious, presentable, happy, honest, polite, smart, ambitious, high energy, hospitable and conscientious.
