A Corktown bar that was almost named 'Hoffa's Hideout' is almost ready to open with a new identity.
The owners of the old Casey's Pub considered naming the bar 'Hoffa's Hideout' with the motto, "a place to disappear."
But, many people sounded off saying it was disrespectful. Now, 7 Action News has exclusively learned the new name of the bar is 'Red Corridor.'
There are hints of fire engine red throughout the bar as a tribute to the city's firefighters.
It is expected to open on Friday, Nov. 25.
