The Detroit Police Department is asking for the public's help in locating a missing 17-year-old who is in poor mental condition and needs his medication.
Paul Rhymes was last seen in the 18400 block of Five Points on October 25 at 2:15 p.m.
Rhymes has a medium-brown complexion, is approximately 5'9", 170 lbs. with a slim build.
He was wearing a black jacket, gray-hooded sweatshirt, blue jeans and red gym shoes.
