Detroit police are asking for the public's help to locate a missing 15-year-old who suffers from schizophrenia and depression.
We're told Winter Cosby was last seen leaving her home in the 12000 block of Corbett on January 25 around 10 a.m.
Cosby is described as a black female, 5'6", 180 pounds with brown eyes and black hair.
