Detroit police are asking for the public's help to locate a missing 73-year-old who suffers from dementia.
Police say Minnie Smoot was last seen in front of her home in the 1100 block of Clark on July 13 around 7 p.m.
Smoot is described as a black female, 5'1" and 100 pounds with black hair streaked with gray.
She was wearing an orange jacket, black bonnet and riding a black motorized scooter when she disappeared.
