DETROIT (WXYZ) — Detroit police say they have found a missing 37-year-old man with both schizophrenia and bipolar disease.

Ralph Wilks was last seen at around 5:00 p.m. on September 13. Family members say he came home to change his shirt at a house in the 5700 block of Montclair. That's near French Road and I-94.

He was reportedly found Monday after police asked for help finding him. No details have been released.

Family members say Wilks normally contacts family members on the phone, but they had not seen or heard from him.

Wilks had not taken his medication and his physical condition isn't known.

He has tattoos on his neck and both arms. It's not known what he was wearing when he disappeared.
