Take a deep breath for this story. Detroit has been ranked the most stressed out city in the country.

Many Detroiters disagree. Nicole Villarreal said it doesn't represent the people who live here.

"I think that people who mostly think that aren't from around here or don't work down here."

Nicole's friend Iridian added, "I live in Southwest Detroit and i just look at the good things that are happening and that's kind of uplifting, so focus on that."

Many folks we spoke with around Campus Martius say Detroit is not the most stressed city.

But According to WalletHub.com it is.

The website ranked 150 U.S. cities based on things like average work hours to debt to divorce and suicide rates.

Marcus Bruno explained, "Stress is defined in your own personal self, you got to have hope and you have to have change. Where there is hope there is change and where there is change there's hope, no stress."

Thea Hargrove is one of the stressed out residues.

"I actually do agree," she said. "There is a lot of stuff that's going on, crime rates and not feeling safe going certain places."
