A 31-year-old woman is facing a number of charges after allegedly stabbing a man who was teaching her how to drive a stick-shift vehicle.

The incident took place in the parking lot of a Kroger located on Five Mile Road in Livonia on August 17.

Lisa Moore is from Detroit. She is charged with Assault with a Dangerous Weapon, Domestic Violence and Habitual Offender – fourth offense.

The 30-year-old victim told police he was teaching Moore how to drive the stick-shift vehicle when they got into an argument.

That's when the victim says he was stabbed in the back.

Police do acknowledge that parts of the story continue to change in the case.
