A massive multi–state drug operation based out of Detroit.

The leaders were busted and dozens were arrested but The Marshals are looking for the final three men  to wrap up this case.

It was called Operation Top Gun, a nine year DEA investigation that lead to 34 indictments for a massive drug operation.

“This organization was sending not only pills but heroin, crack cocaine, all this from Detroit to West Virginia,” Deputy U.S. Marshal Aaron Garcia said.

Busted after years of investigation, the organized crime ring was sending drugs from Detroit to West Virginia.

On June 8there was a major sting of the 34 suspects named in the indictment. Eight were identified here in Detroit, five were arrested leaving three on the lamb.

“The three we’re still looking for and they know we’re looking for them, we’ve knocked on doors, we’ve talked to people – they’ve all took off and they’re on the run,” Garcia said.

They quickly moved right to the top of the U.S. Marshals Most Wanted list.

“Devonte Maddox is 25 years old, huge ties to Detroit – this is his area,” Garcia said.

All three are east siders, Maddox is 5’7” and 170 pounds.

Robert Lee Brown, Jr is 6’0” tall and 185 pounds.  He goes by the nickname of "Pooh."

Sean Phillips is 25 years old. He’s 6’0” tall, 170 pounds with recognizable tattoos.

“He has a heart ‘I love you ma’ on his wrist and he also has rip Constance, cost of love 8-27-09 with a heart on his left arm,” Garcia said.

The Marshals say they’re certain this trio is continuing their drug dealing ways while trying to stay under the radar.

“This organization has ruined loves, they supplied dope, heroin, crack to tons of people for several years,” Garcia said. These are the last three out in Detroit and they need to go to jail with their buddies.”

There’s a reward for information leading to Maddox, Brown and Phillips arrest.
