Allen Bradford, 80, has been in and out of the hospital within the last year and now has to walk with a cane because his mobility is limited.
Because of those issues, showering is tough, so he says he hired a company to make life a little easier, but instead, it got worse.
In November, he wanted to replace his bathtub with a shower stall, so he called Re-Bath in Troy. He said when he got in the shower, the lining was three inches less than what it was supposed to be.
"It's so hard to move around, there's not much space," Bradford said. He and his son said they have been trying to get it fixed with no luck.
When 7 Action News contacted Re-Bath, they tell us they have been in constant negotiations with Bradford and are willing to make things right.
