PONTIAC, Mich. (WXYZ) — Erebus in Pontiac was named the best haunted attraction in the United States in 2019.
USA Today's Readers' Choice 2019 named Erebus number one in its Best Haunted Attraction list.
"Erebus offers four floors of thrills and chills featuring Hollywood-quality special effects. Measuring more than half a mile, it’s one of the world’s largest haunted attractions," USA Today said.

- Containment Haunted House - Lithia Springs, Ga.
- Field of Screams - Mountville, Penn.
- Columbia City Haunted Jail - Columbia City, Ind.
- Queen Mary's Dark Harbor - Long Beach, Calif.
- Haunted Overload - Lee, N.H.
- Midnight Terror Haunted House - Oak Lawn, Ill.
- Dungeon of Doom - Zion, Ill.
- Dead Man's Farm - Loudon, Tenn.
