"My nephew is not a rapist or anything of that nature," said Jacqueline King whose 21-year-old nephew is accused of sexually assaulting a woman he met on Instagram.

Dallas Ephraim Jordan-King has been arraigned on multiple charges including Criminal Sexual Conduct (Assault with Intent to Commit Sexual Penetration) and Assault with a Dangerous Weapon.

On Monday, at 12:56 a.m., a woman went to the Oakland County Sheriff's Office claiming King sexually assaulted her after they watched a movie at his house on Kettering Avenue.

The alleged assault happened at gunpoint.

And it was several weeks ago that another woman accused King of a similar crime. Investigators said that alleged assault is still under investigation.

King's aunt told 7 Action News that their family thought the case from several weeks ago had been closed, and she said the victim was lying.

Two years ago, in West Virginia, King went on trial for charges involving the alleged sexual assault of a classmate.

King was found not guilty, and he moved to live with relatives in Pontiac for a fresh start and to stop being harassed, said his aunt.

Oakland County Sheriff Michael Bouchard said, "There's a good possibility that there may be more women (victims) out there." And investigators are urging anyone else who may have been assaulted by King to contact Crime Stoppers at 1(800)SPEAK-UP or contact the police department where any alleged crime took place.

"Dallas has been doing his work, going to school, and trying to stay on point and not deal with people who are going to cause him any problems," said Jacqueline King. "But, obviously, he met somebody else and they're causing him problems again."

King attends Oakland Community College where his family said he plays basketball.

He's been released on bond.
