BROWN CITY, Mich. (WXYZ) — Police are investigating a Brown City Schools' bus driver after they received a complaint in November 2019.
The complaint involved reckless driving and inappropriate contact/touching of an 8-year-old female student while on the bus.
James Kevin Burke, 53, was charged with four counts of reckless driving and one count of disorderly conduct - obscene conduct.
Burke has resigned his employment with Brown City Schools. He was arraigned on Feb. 19.
