Former state Reps. Todd Courser and Cindy Gamrat appeared before a judge again today.

Both of them were charged with felony misconduct in office after becoming embroiled in a sex scandal. Courser is also accused of lying under oath. The two were forced out of office last year.

Courser and Gamrat were scheduled to have their preliminary hearing today, but it was postponed.

Judge Hugh Clarke, Jr. and attorneys for the two defendants discussed admissibility of evidence and motions that need to be addressed prior to the hearing taking place.

New dates were set. The motion hearing is set for April 19 and the evidentiary hearing is scheduled for May 11.

The preliminary hearing is now scheduled for May 25 and May 26.
