FULL LIST: Snow emergencies declared in metro Detroit

(WXYZ) — A major snowstorm hit metro Detroit on Monday night through Tuesday morning. A Winter Storm Warning is in effect for all of Southeast Michigan from 6 p.m. on Monday until noon on Tuesday.

During a snow emergency, residents are not allowed to park on city streets so plows and salt trucks can clear snow and de-ice main streets.

Auburn Hills: Effective 10 p.m. Monday

Belleville: Effective 7 p.m. Monday to 7 p.m. Tuesday.

Bloomfield Township: Effective 6 p.m. Monday.

Brownstown Township: Effective 5 p.m. Monday until further notice.

Canton: Effective Monday at 6 p.m. to Tuesday at 11:50 p.m.

Clawson: Effective beginning 12:01 a.m. Tuesday

Dearborn Heights: Effective 9 p.m. Monday. All vehicles need to be moved off streets to allows plows to get through during the night.

Detroit: Effective at 6 p.m. Monday.

Eastpointe: Effective 9 p.m. Monday.

Farmington: Effective 6 p.m. until 6 p.m. Tuesday.

Ecorse: Now in effect until further notice

Flat Rock: Effective 8 p.m. Monday and will continue until 8 p.m. Tuesday.

Gibraltar: Effective from 3 p.m. Monday until 6 p.m. Tuesday.

Grosse Pointe: Effective 7 p.m. Monday.

Grosse Pointe Farms: Effective until 12 p.m. Tuesday

Harper Woods: Effective 6 p.m. Monday for 24 hours.

Hazel Park: Effective 8 a.m. Tuesday.

Inkster: Effective 6 p.m. Monday through 6 p.m. Wednesday

Lincoln Park: Effective 10 p.m. Monday until 10 p.m. Tuesday.

Livonia: Effective at 8 a.m. Tuesday.

Milan: Effective 5:30 p.m. Monday until 8 p.m. Tuesday.

City of New Baltimore: Effective immediately through 2 p.m. Wednesday.
