(WXYZ) — Motown legend and seven-time Grammy Award-winning singer Gladys Knight will perform the National Anthem prior to Super Bowl LII at Mercedes-Benz Stadium in Atlanta on Sunday, Feb. 3.

The performance will be televised live, according to the NFL, and the game will be broadcast on CBS.

"I am proud to use my voice to unite and represent our country in my hometown of Atlanta," Knight said to NFL.com "The NFL recently announced their new social justice platform Inspire Change, and I am honored to be a part of its inaugural year."

P!nk performed the National Anthem last year and it was Luke Bryan and Lady Gaga before that. Aretha Franklin performed the National Anthem during Super Bowl XL in Detroit in 2006.
