DETROIT (WXYZ) — You might say Davion – a 15-year-old currently in foster care - is a car guy.

“My dream car is a 1956 Camaro,” he said. “I like working on bikes and cars and stuff.”

He would like to ride bikes, go fishing and play sports and video games with his future family.

His favorite sports involve balls.

“I like to play football, basketball, and baseball. I like to hit home runs.”

When it comes to music, he likes rap and country.

“My friends would describe me as funny, unique, curious,” he said. “I like to help people when they need love, caring.”

In school, he likes science, gym and computer class.

“What makes me happy is reading and stuff like that,” he said.

If he could go anywhere in the world, he would go to Africa.

But what he wants most is to be adopted by a mom and a dad ready to expand their family.

“What adoption means to me is someone that does not have a family [is able] to get a family,” he explained.

“It doesn’t matter what type of family I would have. Any type of family,” he said would make him happy.
