Being creative is a big part of who Isaac is.  The 11-year-old -- who’s currently in foster care in Michigan-- is hoping to share his interests with a family who will adopt him one day.

“I like origami. I like making birds. Art is very calming to me,” he explained. “I like to draw a lot, and color.” I like to [do] anime and I like to color really hard designs.”

His interest in creating doesn’t stop there.

“I love to build things… I like to build houses out of popsicle sticks,” he said with a smile.

Isaac is an active boy who likes skateboarding, riding bikes, and scootering.

“I like to be friendly and I like to play outside a lot,” said Isaac.

After he’s done playing outside, he enjoys whipping up something in the kitchen.

“I like to cook a lot. I like to make cheerio fruit pancakes,” he explained.

When it comes to his personality, he describes himself as friendly… a good kid.

“I think that I’m funny, and I like being with people,” he said.

Going to church is one of his favorite things.  His worker said he loves to socialize with adults there. He hopes his future family will be Christian.

When he grows up, he has a few ideas of what he’d like to be.

“I’d like to be a traveler or truck driver or an astronaut,” he said.

Seeing the world is also on his wish list…especially if it involves the Wizarding World of Harry Potter in Florida.

“I would want to go to the Harry Potter Disney World, drink ‘butter beer’ and get my wand,” said the grinning Hogwarts-loving kid.

But his main dream is being adopted.

“If I had a wish it would be to have a family -- a Mom and a Dad, a bigger sister, little brothers and a cat and a dog or any type of pet,” he said.

“The reason I want to be adopted is I don’t want to be alone,” he added.
