(WXYZ) — With the sun shining and breeze blowing in metro Detroit this weekend, it's the perfect time to hit the town with family and friends.

Here's a list of 7 things to do in your neighborhood:

Thunder over Michigan Air Show - Ypsilanti
The 2019 Thunder Over Michigan airshow begins at 9 a.m. Saturday and continues through 5 p.m. Sunday. Tickets are $40 and kids 15 and under are free. It's at the Willow Run Airport, and for more information, visit yankeeairmuseum.org/airshow.

Belle Isle Art Fair - Detroit
This is happening Saturday and Sunday on Belle Isle, featuring more than 100 artists from across the country. It runs 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Saturday and 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Sunday.

Hot Air Balloons Art Fair - Holly
This happens on Saturday, Aug. 3 with hot air balloons taking to the skies from 6-7 p.m. at Groveland Oaks County Park Saturday, Aug. 3.

WingOut Detroit festival - Detroit
This festival runs Saturday, Aug. 3 and Sunday, Aug. 4 and is the inaugural event. It's happening from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. at Roosevelt Park near the Michigan Central Station. Tickets cost $56 and get you all-you-can eat wings.

Caden's Car Show
This event happens on the 4th floor of the P3 Parking Garage on the UM Medical Camps at 1500 E. Medical Center Dr. It's from 1:30 p.m. to 3 p.m. on Sunday, Aug. 4 and features more than 60 rare and unique cars. Tickets are $10 and benefit the Congenital Heart Research, Organ Donation Awareness and Pediatric Heart Transplant.

170th annual Highland Games - Livonia
Presented by the St. Andrew's Society of Detroit, the Highland Games will take place at Historic Greenmead in Livonia beginning at 8 a.m. on Saturday, Aug. 3. Festivities include bagpipe competition, heavy athletic competition, highland dancing and more.

Susan G. Komen 3-day walk - Metro Detroit
Cheer on those in the Susan G. Komen 3-day walk for breast cancer. it starts in Novi on Friday, a halfway celebration during lunch in Northville on Saturday and closing ceremonies in Dearborn on Sunday.
