I-696 is now both directions at Southfield Road in Southfield Wednesday morning after a semi-truck crashed into an overpass.
The freeway was closed on both sides due to the truck striking a light pole and wiring being affected in the crash.
The semi-truck struck the overpass and took out a massive amount of the wall, with debris striking several other vehicles.
