INKSTER (WXYZ) — A suspect who was caught on camera smiling while stealing a package from a front porch in Inkster is now wanted.
Inkster police want to put the man behind bars. In surveillance video, the suspect, who is seen wearing a red hoodie, runs out of a red vehicle and onto the porch. He grabs the package then runs back to the getaway vehicle.
Screen grabs of the suspect show him with a grin on his face as he takes the package.
Police did not state when the theft occurred, but are asking the public if they recognize the suspect to contact police at 313-563-9850 ext. 23125. All tips can remain anonymous.
